Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Dr. Piner saved my hearing! I walked into his office one morning when I experienced sudden hearing loss so severe that I could not use the telephone to call in advance. I had never seen Dr. Piner before and just found his name on the internet as a nearby audiologist. Although it was Dr. Piner's day off, he had stopped in at his office to pick up some paperwork. When I arrived (with no appointment - I just walked in and asked him to help me) he dropped everything and tested me and even called the ENT specialist and got me in that afternoon. I received treatment and thanks to Dr. Piner I was able to get part of my hearing back. He is the best and I would recommend him to everyone. He is a super audiologist and a wonderful human being who listens and helps each patient individually

I like the clear, friendly way in which Dr. Piner communicated with me. He made me two custom earplugs for sound and swimming. The plugs seem really nice, and a fair price. Highly recommended. Thanks so much.

Dr. Piner should get an award for the best doctor on the planet. I was visiting california and while here woke up with a huge hearing loss. I couldn't even talk on the phone to make an appointment with an audiologist, so I just googled one and drove to his office and showed up and told him what had happened. Even though it was Dr. Piner's day off, he was in the office and agreed to test me. When he saw the extent of my hearing loss, he also made a bunch of calls to get me into an ENT specialist that afternoon so that it would most increase the chances of getting at least some of my hearing back. He did all this on his day off for some woman who just walked into his office. If it weren't for doctor Piner, I might have to spend the rest of my life almost deaf, but thanks to his compassion and giving up his day off, I may regain a significant portion of my lost hearing. Dr. Piner is my hero, and my husband and daughter say the same thing. OUr whole family is grateful to him for saving my hearing
