They definitely care about patient comfort because this doctor has the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I almost always get the appointment time I want. Dr. Forman-Franco is the best and most professional provider giving me more than adequate time to address my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her and this practice to anyone with a hearing or tinnitus issue.

Dr. Forman-Franco is a very caring and knowledgable professional who took the time to explain the issues to me and answer all questions I presented.
