Will never return to Vincent Cifello. I was uncomfortable with the entire examination and have begun the process of reporting him for his unprofessionalism and lack of care for patient.

My experience with Dr. Cifello could not have been smoother. From my initial appointment to the post op follow up visit Dr. Cifello put me at ease and gave me all the information I needed to hear. He did a wonderful job with the surgery and my problems are now resolved.

Dr. Cifello is a great doctor. Thorough in his exam, and patient in his explanation of issue and treatments.. He was very understandable to me the patient.
This was a big decision and it was no pressure, here described the options, here are the expected results, tell me what you want.
Answered questions and we arrived at a course of action.
Step two was outpatient surgery: He was again patient in describing the procedure to myself and my wife. patient with questions. he assured that all were informed of what was about to happen and what the results expected were.
Additionally, the staff at North Arundel were above any expectation for patience, explanation and just down right nice beyond belief. They certainly make you feel that you are their number one priority.
Last, the results were better than expected and even though worst case recovery issues were described, they did not materialize.
I contribute all this to Dr. Cifello and the associated staff.
I could go on and on how great everyone involved was.
suffice it to say, my experience leads me to recommend Dr Cifello to anyone with any rear medical concern.

was the reluctant type for a colonoscopy, but Dr Cifello and his staff made it very easy and comfortable. I also need some surgery and again Dr. Cifello made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Cifello as a surgeon. He has made my life much easier that before I met him. AL w

Friendly staff, excellent Doctor with an excellent bedside manner. Very informative and answered questions honestly and with detail. I never felt rushed or hurried thru my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Cifello.

I take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Peter Ramirez and Dr. Cifello for helping me during a recent medical emergency I had. To make a long story short....I had a hemorrhoid rupture on December 27, 2012, This situation caused immediate bleeding and stinging. My first thought was - what do I do now?. It was in the middle of a holiday period, and I thought medical help would be hard to find. I called Dr. Ramirez (my family doctor) on December 28 about my problem, and he asked me to see him at 1.30 PM that afternoon. I kept this appointment; and it was the opinion of Dr. Ramirez, that it needed to be surgically fixed as soon as possible. He made an unsuccessful attempt to get me help that same afternoon; however, he got me help for the following day, December 29. Dr. Vincent Cifello met me in the surgery preparation area on December 29 (a doctor that I had never met before) to review my situation prior to surgery. I was operated on at 10:30 that morning as an out patient. Needless to say, I was very uncomfortable in the surgery area for a time, but the pain level never caused to me to take anything but Tylenol for only the first two days. A subsequent post surgery visit to Dr. Cifello's office gave me word that everything was healing very nicely and that no further visits were required.

I have known for a number of years that Dr. Ramirez is a true professional who cares about his patients (a five star doctor in every way. This was my first association with Dr. Cifello. Yes, I have had very good experiences with several specialist doctors working in the Glen Burnie, Maryland area (i.e. Dr. Zagula, and Dr. Wong are two that come to mind). I now add Dr. Cifello to my list as another five star doctor. He made room on Saturday to perform surgery on me during a holiday period. He had never met me before the pre-surgery visit at the hospital. He did his normal check of my problem area and reassured me that he would put me back together again. I, at this point, am extremely happy to have met Dr. Cifello and will add him to my list of very professional doctors.
