They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was nervous that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I loved that they took the time to listen to all of my input and concerns. All of my treatment decisions were made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do.
