The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
