I visited Mary's office for many years and I felt so comfortable with her and I could tell she really cared about not only my skin but my well being as a whole person.

This is my second visit to this dermatology place.
Pros: Got rid of my acne
Cons: On my second visit she talked with me only for two or three minutes. Which is not a great value if your paying for this out of your pocket. Didn't get rid of my giant acne scars or redness surrounding the face... brought me to a makeup center that covered up my skin... but didn't cover up any imperfections? Does this make sense? It was just like a liquid makeup on the parts of my skin that didn't need it. When I asked about covering up my acne scars, they said they couldn't cover those scars up. Thanks... just what I paid a butt load of money to hear. Won't do anything else to help me out or get rid of my scars... even though the scars were my top priority to get rid of.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I took my 16 year old daughter to Mary Bressler and she diagnosed her type of acne problem and the cause very quickly.She gave her two topical perscriptions, eliminated the one she was using and an oral pill RX. My daughter's face started to clear up with in two days and now her face is almost clear of any acne. "Unbelieveable" my daughter has been struggling with acne for the last three years! Tried Proactive, Maxclarity and many other things including perscriptions. Should have seen a dermatologist long time ago! So far so good.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
