They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Scheduling an appointment is fairly easy and appointments can usually be made within a week or two.

When I was a patient there it was not communicated with me when she would not refill a prescription and the office did not notify the pharmacy what is going on. I had to call to find out. From my experience you must keep record of your last visit if you want your prescriptions on time. I have also had trouble obtaining the prescription during the time prescribed at the pharmacy. Perhaps this is another miscommunication.

Again, according to my experience, if you want more independence in your health choices this may not be the place for you. She refused to prescribe medication until I had a gynecological exam- medication for an unrelated matter. Patient rights were generally upheld but the right to make a treatment choice and the right to refuse treatment were manipulated in the aforementioned way.

If you want to be led to the "right" choice and/ or are not knowledgeable about your health needs, you are likely to enjoy the security of knowing what you should do at this practioner.
