They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

very unhappy that my loved one was seen by dr. desmond for 7 yrs and then was told she would no longer see him or help him find a new dr. very unprofessional
