I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Wish they could get Nancy Grandt Nurse Practitioner to work there again. No one can measure up to her and how she cared for her patients. She was the smartest and best medical person I have ever met.
