This nurse practioner needs to find a different profession! She neglects to deal with the issues you go to see her about. And on my last visit, I told her that I was out of a medicatio and so she ordered a blood test drawn. I waited 3 days to go to the pharmacy to pick up the medication- and it wasn't there. I called the office and left a message about this. I had a call back left on my answering machine from the MA that she needed to talk to me about the test results first. I had been in health care off and on since 1978 and came to this area to teach the first MA program at MidState in 1994, so I KNOW that a MA doesn't NEED to talk to a person before she calls in the providers orders. I played phone tag for days and kept saying that she should just leave the results on my machine and yet I kept coming home to "I need to talk to you first". I wrote a letter to the MA giving her my background in medicine and still no reply; no medication called in to the phamacy; nothing done to further my care. I continued to go without the medication from Jan. 4 to February 9th when I had another appointment with MS Cullens. Whom I was told would not see me without me letting the MA who had upset me enough for me to write the letter take my vitals. I KNOW a patient can refuse any or all vitals to be done - - -especially by someone who would cause your Blood pressure and heart rate/pulse to go up. Since I wouldn't be seen, I left the room and as I was asking for my co-pay back, they had me speak to the clinic manager. This clinic manager is as bad as Ms Cullens!!! She started with "Clare had me read the letter you wrote and she said that she supports the staff in this matter". So, now I have gone without medication for a month and I find out that Ms. Cullens KNEW I was without a vital medication and she had not either called me to find out what my side of the issue was; she did not call in the medication when she again saw that I was out of it for 2 weeks at that time. Instead, she waits another FOUR weeks without filling the medication - - - ? to prove a point?? What kind of person lets her patient's health suffer because she "supports her staff" for FOUR weeks????? Obviously someone who should NOT be in her profession. Help ourself and find someone who is willing to treat your illness/disorder the way she should and not neglect your health because she "supports her staff" who won't call in an order because she wants you to think that what she has to say supercedes providing care for the welfare of the patient?!?!? VERY WORST CARE BY A PROVIDER award goes to Clare Cullens at the Plover MMG clinic!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
