I visited him once, in preparation for total hip replacement. I received at least 5 recommendations from various places for him. His PA showed me my X-ray and took time to answer any/all questions I had. When Dr. Cook came in, he had obviously read the PA's notes, and commented on one major improvement I had made in my health and congradulated me for it. He is understanding, patient-focused, and keeps up on the best precedures for what you need. (on a side note: I love the little shorts they have you wear for the X-Ray and exam and want a pair!)

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Several people we trust recommended Dr. Cook for my hip replacement. We are glad we chose him. He is thorough, extremely competent & caring. The support staff--receptionist, finance assistant & nurses--do a great job as well. We have & will recommend Dr. Cook to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery.
