Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Yes, it's usually postponed at least a week

Informed and respectful. I have confidence in Dr Lawrence's ability and expertise, and glad I found him and UK Healthcare. The exact opposite of an experience I had dealing with another Lexington surgeon.
