Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I never had to wait longer than 10 min from the time I signed in to be roomed. My appointment started on time, and Dr. Christensen would spend as much time as I needed to explain everyting in full detail.. Being I had so many complications with my surgery he even took the time to call my daughter who lived in another state so she could understand what the next step would be and if I would or would not need another surgery. When comparing Dr. C to others I have visited for the same condition, he is the absolute best you can get! He an his office staff make an extra effort to get to know their patients, find out why they are there to be seen, so the office visit is as comfortable as it can be to reduce the anxiey level. The office staff was always happy, friendly and seemed to remember me andand what my specific problem was, which made me feel very important. As far as the general office, the restrooms at this office were spotless and the waitingroom there was always immaculate.
