They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited.
