I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
