This review is not about Dr. Reid as much as it's about his office and it's terrible customer service. I've not even been able to get in to see him because of what seems to me to be, very poor, unprofessional and negligent customer service.
I initially called and asked if Dr. Reid was taking "NEW" patients. I was told yes. I had severe knee pain/swelling/stiffness. I was given an appointment 2 weeks from when I first called. My appt was Nov. 19. I received a call from Dr. Reid's office within an hour of my appt letting me know that the computers had gone down and she was canceling my appt, but would call me on Tuesday to reschedule. Today is Monday, Nov. 26 and I still have not received a call from this office. I've left several messages between Tuesday, Nov. 20 and Wednesday, Nov. 21. I called today at about 2:45p, Nov. 26 and the answering machine came on. I did not and am no longer leaving v/m msgs for his office. This is straight up customer "NO" service. I will never call his office again.
I wonder if Dr. Reid knows how his potential clients are being treated. I guess I'll never find out.
The Doctor may be good, he was recommended to me by one of my co-workers, but his office appears to be running on empty and/or incompetence. So unfortunate!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
