They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
