I have known the doctors and staff both professionally and personally. I have had to see more than one for different reasons and they always took care of the problem of their specialty. My children have also had to have surgery performed by them. They are very good, will try physical therapy and other alternatives always before the last evasive treatment of surgery. Dr. Stinson performed a cervical fusion for me a few years ago and the only complaint I have is I was not informed of the fact that other discs often are affected negatively after the procedure causing further pain. If I had been told, I would have still continued with the surgery as I have a greater range of motion than every before. I can deal with the additional pain because of the fact that I can use my neck as it was meant to be used. The after care was wonderful. I was fortunate to have worked at SGAH and got to know the doctors and had great confidence in their abilities. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was completely at ease during my numerous appointments here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I highly recommend all the doctors as they have a wide array of specialties.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
