I've only seen the Dr. once so far. His son also works there. The office was clean and nicely decorated with educational videos on screen related to gastroenterology. It didn't take long to see the doctor. The front desk and doctor himself all used notepads to intake patient information. I'd never seen this before. His staff were all working well as a team to get my information that my PCP was suppose to have faxed over. The doctor was willing to listen to my interruptions of concern. He has scheduled me for two procedures and hopefully they will go well. My initial visit went well enough that I feel confident with him performing those procedures. In fact, one of his staff had him do one of these procedures on them. That put my mind at ease.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
