They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.
