Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.Office staff called and told me my prescription was no longer covered by insurance. I was prescribed a generic in its place, I got it filled and had adverse symptoms when taking the generic. I a had to argue with me about problem with prescription and basically told me it was my job to call insurance company and fix the problem by seeing what is covered by my plan and i should suffer on a medication for two more weeks. I called the insurance several times to find the first drug was indeed covered, tried telling the doctors office that but she basically called me a liar. Not exactly quality of patient care here.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
