They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was happy with the staff; they were quite friendly and made me feel welcome. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Chey's assistant, (~2009), was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I never felt as though I was being interrogated or dressed down but I was always treated honestly and with respect. The office is in a decent neighborhood and the building and office are clean. Dr. Chey and his staff are the best in the field as far as I am concerned. He was more concerned about me and my diagnosis than what the insurance company thought I needed and he went to bat for me to get the medication I needed paid for by my insurance company. Unfortunately he is no longer part of the network of providers with my insurance company so I am unable to use him. I would recommend him above all others.
