Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. While Dr. Bismar is a good doctor, don't go to his office unless you are ready for a minimum 2 HOUR wait to see him, with his office staff saying they schedule patients accurately. They schedule patients every 5 to 10 minutes, with him showing up late to start out with and then, backing up from there. Each time it is truly a 2 hour wait.

I found Dr. Bismar to be a very kind and receptive doctor. I saw Dr. Bismar after seeing several other doctors who could not help me. Dr. Bismar looked at me as a whole person, instead of a body parts put together. Seeing Dr. Bismar was a turning point in my treatment. I am truly grateful to have met Dr. Bismar; I was completely overwhelmed and stressed out when I entered his office and he listened to my concerns. It turns out that my primary problem was not actually pulmony in nature; the breathing problems were just a side effect, but I will always remember the help that Dr. Bismar provided.
