Whenever I call them, they usually get back to me within a couple of days. I've never had to wait more than three days. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
