Am very anxious to set up first appt for my wife Geraldine Wilsson who is having major problems breathing altho she is on Oxygen, but not at all satisfactoryl. It seems hard to set up first appointment with Dr. A Graves.\As call to his office was not really answered as they made me leve a number to get a call back in 24 hours. That is too long a wait. Should I call another pulmonologist . Graves was recommended by Dr. Robins, Fl cancer specialiat she sees regularly. Please advise SOON. drnick90@yahoo.com

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
