Willing to take your $$$ but not willing to address your medical problems. Dr. Schaefer does NOT listen and does not take notes. I went to him because I have insomnia and he sent me for a sleep study anyway. I slept 30 minutes (you are REQUIRED to sleep from 11:30 pm - 5:30 am, NO EXCEPTIONS). When I went for my test results, Dr. Schaefer was very flippant, "So your sleep study was a bust," (direct quote). During the appointment he answered his cell phone and had a 7 min. conversation and never apologized for being so rude! He offered no solutions to my insomnia. He told me to come back in 4 months but the receptionist refused to make the appointment.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, they were fully staffed
