Dr. Palenschat and his team of surgeons performed my colon cancer surgery on April 3, 1974 at Balboa Naval Hospital San Diego CA. I was 38 years old at the time and as of now a 40 year colon cancer survivor with no reoccurrences thanks to Dr. Palenschat's, and his team of surgeons, expertise in performing that surgery with no follow up radiation or chemo therapy. I would like to thank the doctor for a job well done and thank for his service as a US Navy doctor.
