Great office and great staff. Dr. Tuchsen was very nice and had a very good bed side manner. I would definently recommend Dr. Tuchsen to friends and family.

Dr. Tuchsen and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable from scheduling my appointment to scheduling surgery. Dr. Tuchsen is very thorough and takes his time with patients and answers any and all questions without making you feel rushed. I would recommend Dr. Tuchsen and his office to all my family and friends.

Dr Tuchsen is a rude and arrogant doctor who brags about his surgical abilities yet performed a botched surgery on me where Iended up losing my spleen during what he called was a routine surgery. His attitude to our family and to the nurses is obnoxious and unwarranted. He was out of state after surgery and left me in the care of doctors who pumped me full of narcotic medication that led to , what Dr Tuchsen explains, ileus and delirium and borderline pneumonia. Of course he comes in and insinuates my condition is our fault for not walking around. Well, if I was coherent and not screaming in pain perhaps at some point in the past 7 days I could have gotten out of bed. Was he ever in touch with nurses and my condition to know any of this and order different type of pain meds? Probably not. He is arrogant, rude, bordering incompetent, and out of touch with the realities of being a patient.

I know that I can always count on them, even in an emergency. They always take my call right away and are eager to help me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
