Dr. Markus front staff are unprofessional and rude. They act as if they the practice is owned by them. There's obviously a lack of management and they will lie to your face. I will never go back because of the staff!

Trying to get an appointment with them is horrible. Doctor consistently dismissed my concerns. I developed a bad infection after surgery and could not get the doctor to examine me (next available time was 2 weeks after I called with the infection!). I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was very disappointed.
