Staff at check-in, nurse and PA were all pleasant. They are working with a new computer program that they are still learning so a little longer time there but understandable. Have nothing bad to say.

I will NOT go back to see him again. Staff is only interested in one thing, your money , delay, delay, delay means more money, more money, more money from you. Meanwhile you are in agonizing pain.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. White is a good Dr....just not much on the personality end of it...felt very much like a number and like we were a pain in his ass....think he may just be way to busy. His office staff in the Albany office was not friendly at all...very matter of fact and like any question was a bother....good thing he's a good Dr I guess.
