I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
