They made sure every single question I had was thoroughly answered, and I know they will always be available if I think of any more questions I need answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with and since I was in the Dental field as an Office Manager for 27 years, it's not that easy to impress me. I am truly amazed how impressed I was. I never felt that as much as I did with this practice. They are so warm, professional and delightful people, and made the whole experience that much better. . All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all thanks to the spot on directions from the receptionist when I called to make the appointment.
My daughter's visit was the most relaxing and stress free Dental appointment she ever had...those words were spoken by a 13 year old who needed braces in 2 phases starting at 7 years old. We were told at 7 that she would need extractions and her fear of that word was overwhelming to her. She was so anxious until she walked inside that office. I'm thrilled to have been recommended to this office by quite a few people. After the visit, I fully understood why Dr. Capuano would be so highly recommended. What a wonderful person he is in showing the care and concern for her as if she was his ONLY patient. Dr. Capuano is at the top of my list of fantastic and dedicated Dentist's. The BEST Oral Surgeon I have ever met. He and his staff immediately took away her fear from the minute we walked in the door. The word "Surgeon" is a very scary word for a child. She no longer fears that word and I truly thank him and his staff for that. She will need her 4 wisdom teeth extracted within a year from now and she has absolutely no fear about that because of Dr. Capuano's incredible chair side manner. THANK YOU Dr. Capuano! You're the best!
