This is a very busy office. Hectic pace. The staff here are friendly. Dr C exudes confidence and appears to know what he's doing. I believe he is a skilled professional. Where the office falls down the most, in my opinion, is in aftercare. Following my surgery I had a very bad reaction, vomiting and in pain. I tried unsuccessfully to reach the office; Dr Capuano was unavailable, and his scheduled back-up Dr Gish, was also unavailable and did not return the calls. I called several times over the next 24 hrs hoping to get advice as to whether to continue with the antibiotics that had been prescribed. I had stopped using the painkillers but still felt sick and wasn't sure if it was due to to the anesthesia that was used during the procedure or if it was due perhaps to the antiibiotics. I was finally able to speak with a non medical staff person, a clerk, who advised me to continue with the antibiotics. A dentist never followed up. I would not use this office again. It reminds me of an implant mill, with such volume that a patient can feel like he is on a conveyer belt being rushed along and out the door.
