Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff was not friendly at all; I didn't feel welcome there. I have never had a problem with the optometrists themselves, however the front office staff was so rude and unconcerned, that I refuse to go back. I feel like my appointment was pointless, and when I called to make the appointment, I was made to feel as though I was a nuisance. I have made appointments for specific times and always arrived early, yet I would be left to wait. While waiting, I have watched other people come in and be serviced first, though my appointment was earlier. Perhaps this would not be so irritating if anyone of the staff would have simply said, "It will be a little while until the doctor can see you." Instead they said nothing at all and continued their personal conversations. Nothing was accomplished, and I was so frustrated that I left the office without even being seen. For the past six years, I have been a patient and every year I would get just a little more irritated with the staff. Since my exams were only once a year, I continued to go back anyway. I can no longer stand the treatment though, and I will never visit them again. I was completely appalled.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
