They were not friendly enough for my liking. Pretty average in that area. I would possibly send people I know here, but only if they were super desperate for an eye doctor. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and modern. The waiting time is usually a bit of a wait but I mostly find it acceptable because I know that this provider will take whatever time that is necessary to give full value. Carly in the office is the ultra rude person and treats patients like they are being done a huge favor speaking with her.
