Dr. Hamparian and her staff really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It was my first time there and the doctor took her time to throughly walk me through every procedure. The doctor and her staff are really sweet and knowledgable, you could tell that the doctor loves her job. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good ophthomologist.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been going for quite some time and Dr. Hamparian has been treating my glaucoma. I am very impressed with her and her staff.

The receptionists are very helpful both over the phone and in person. I had left a message to make an appointment and I received a phone call first thing the next day to book the earliest appointment! Dr. Hamparian is so kind and helpful that you feel comfortable to be yourself and inform her of all your health problems. It's not always that the Dr. takes his/her time so that's a plus especially when your a worried patient. Wait time is at a minimal. The service was amazing and I left the office with samples which was a plus!

They definitely care about their patients here. Everytime I walk through that door they are very welcoming and so sweet. Dr. Hamparian is very compationate, she talks you through everything. I remember the first I went, I was a little tense because I didn't know what to expect but as soon as she greeted me and we spoke I immediately felt comfortable. She talked me through what she was doing as she was doing it because I ask a lot of questions!! That made me feel even more comfortable and it definitely built trust which is something you want to have in your doctor!! I will of course be returning if ever need be. I've recommended her to everyone I know and when they've gone, they've had the same experience. If you need an opthomologist, do yourself a huge favor and go, you'll be happy you did. Not to mention, friendly staff! Very attentive =)

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
