I have been going to Dr. Connie McGrill for years. I went in March 2018 for a checkup, and she said that I had 80% cataracts in both eyes!! She told me that I had to make an appointment for the surgery center right away because they are booking 6 weeks out! So, I went to Wilmer Eye Institute for a second opinion. The doctor there said I do not HAVE cataracts. I have no respect for Connie anymore!!!!!

So poor I left. Waited 45 minutes and was told to expect at least a half hour to an hour and a half wait for an appointment. Ridiculous. Receptionist showed no remorse. Oddly enough, when I came in I was handed a form to sign that said I would have to pay for appointments for which I was late or didn't show up.
