I was referred to them by a coworker and had my first appointment scheduled for June 4, 2013. On May 29 I developed 2 floaters suddenly and called to ask if i needed to be seen before the 4th. He recommended that i be checked that day. They called my doctor to get a referral form. My doctor's office said they didn't know if my insurance would pay or not since I didn't call them first. Arlington explained it was an emergency visit. I said I would pay the $175 myself if insurance wouldn't pay. By the end of my visit there i was so delighted with everyone's behavior! The office manager even said he'd fight for me to have it paid since it was an emergency. I have never been so pleased with an appointment as I was then. I love Dr. Farrell and Marietta was fantastic. They were all easy to deal with and fun. I'm thinking about changing my doctor even though I've been going there for 60 years. Thank you everyone at Arlington for making my day. I will recommend you to all of my friends and coworkers!!
