The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Shaw took his time and was very thorough. There is still some follow up to do, but as of this moment in time, he seems terrific.

Was this rheumatologist's office clean?
Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Was this provider gentle with your inflamed joints during exams?
Very! I was never in any pain during my exam
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
