Very happy with the care and concern Dr gave me. He paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff needs a few lessons in customor service. they weren't that friendly, talked about other patients after they left and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting him. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I was able to find a spot within a few minutes. The office staff were not very friendly. They seemed to be too busy to care. There was only one who was polite and helpful. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The office was very well organized and well taken care of. Very simple or plain office, nothing fancy. I was not that impressed with the atmosphere. I would have appreciated a warm welcome and an indication that the staff truly wanted to be of assistance. Strange place. Dr. was very calm and methodical.
