Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I recently had an emergency and needed to contact them right away, but couldn't. I ended up having to go into the emergency because I couldn't get anyone else to help me. I never felt safe in their care. I didn't trust them to prescribe me the right medications, or to give me accurate advice. I've been seeing them for so long and the still can't even remember my name or anything about me. They obviously don't make much of an effort to get to know their patients.

I find it funny that the mailbox for the phone is full. After confirming the number with the nurse... she stats " well we dont answer the phones till after 9am." though the mailbox is still full making it IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of ANYONE!
