Not at all; cheap and plastic

I have never experience anything like this. at any Doctors office visit. Very Poor Service on the phone and in the Office. I have call several times last week, no answer goes to voice mail all the time and the mail box is full. All the time Everytime I call it take hours sometime before get an answer.I'm a new patient and Wow. I have been waiting on a call back for a week I have given my name and number to a Ms. Nicole for over a week waiting on a call back.
When I finally got to speak to someone being the young lady Nicole,she was Rude placed me on hold several time,interrupted me while I was trying to explain to her my reason for calling. Nicole stated one time you need to talk faster because I have to answer the phone. Where is the professionalism. I was diagnos with Lupus in 07/2012 and had concerns about making sure I find a Good Doctor. Presentation is everything, the office is Nasty the floors have not been vacuum looks like in weeks the walls are Nasty and behind the Counter where we the Paying Pateint is been seen is Nasty the Floor.the Laptop the Nurse was using the back was hanging off,and was taped with several pieces of tape. They never have your Lab work ready the time I was there waiting to see the Doctor.they didn't have it for the 3 Pateint. And the Lady Nicole yelled across the room asking each pateint do you have your Lab work. What ever happen to calling the pateint up to the front desk and asking professionally.I don't understand the phone, I Like Dr. Walter R. Wallingford, but maybe when he have a moment he should look out front. The bedside manner is Horrible!!!!!! I felt so mistreated as a Customer I Dont Care how many Pateint Come in that Office or they speak with over the phone they Should be Treated with Kindness, Polite, Professional at all times No Exception. Remember First Impression. I'm very unhappy with the way Ive been treated. I'm looking for a New Doctor.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were able to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I never was left wondering about anything.
