Dr. Dawson is very knowledgeable and personable. He made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. He gave me numerous options to try before having surgery. I thought he treated my problem correctly. He showed concern for my feelings and pain when he gave me painful shots.I highly recommend him for a person of any age. I will definitely return to him if I have any future problems with my feet.

Dr Dawson is pleasant and friendly and listens to you. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I have been going to Dr. Dawson for years but have had a couple of problems regarding his skill in cutting out an ingrown toenail. One time it was torn into the nail near the back of the nail and I had one toenail overlapping another for several months. Another time he cut out part of the root but cut so far over I'm concerned it will always look very strange.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

In my opinion, ask if it's possible to speak to past surgical patients for their experience. I had bunion surgery and a 5th metatarsal osteotomy and was told Tylenol or Motrin after day 5 post surgery, period. I wish I had not *assumed* adequate pain relief could be expected when I was non weight bearing for weeks, no driving, and in a boot cast for 6 weeks...
Ask questions so you can make informed choices....

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
