Dr. Basso is ageless! I used to call on him as a pharmaceutical rep over 40 years ago! His enthusiasm is still as great, today, as it was then.....he's genuine, definitely cares about his patients, and has helped me through all my foot pain and surgeries from years and years of tournament tennis....I highly recommend Dr. Basso!

Dr. Basso makes home visits to my husband every 8 weeks. He is a treasure and just gives so much support along with his skill. My husband who is an invalid looks forward to his visits, his humour and our grandchildren, when they are present, consider it a real treat to watch him work with his tools.
He has been consistent and very helpful to us for the past two years. Staff is also very helpful on the phone.

Dr, Basso is a treasure. I was referred to him by a friend and started seeing him for accute PF and heel pain. At the time I was on COBRA after being laid off. When I was rehired my new medical plan was through Kaiser so I started seeing a DPM there but what a disappointment. No question that ultrasound treatment helps me but guess what....Kaiser doesn't offer it (there's a lot they don't offer!). I have returned to Dr. Basso because I really needed a different level of care, knowledge and concern that he provides. I learned my lesson....you do get what you pay for.

The practice consistently offers friendly and excellent care. Dr. Basso is approachable, experienced, and practical. When I leave I feel my feet have gotten the best possible help. I can also call between appointments and receive good information and attention. Sometimes I travel a long way for appointments (even cross country when living elsewhere than the Bay Area) as Dr. B. is simply the best podiatrist I've found.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate.
