The wait is always at least an hour and he doesn't spend very much time with you. I went for orthotics. They charged me a hefty price for the orthotics, plus an office visit and co-pay just to have the nurse hand me the orthotics when they were ready. They weren't made correctly, so I had to pay several more times for them to be adjusted. At least I saw the doctor and felt these visits qualified as office visits. On the positive side, he is always pleasant and seems to be knowledgable.
