The staff could care less about courtesy or discretion. They don't seem to realize that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything they say about you. Dr Grenier is a very nice man but he is clearly overbooked and has too many patients to see. He certainly didn't give me the time I deserved during my "office visit" (he walked out within 2 minutes without giving me an opportunity to ask questions or even saying goodbye!). I haven't been able to get him on the phone to discuss my condition. In three visits he hasn't even given me a diagnosis (or even a guess!) of what might be causing me pain.
