The Doctor thought she knew what was best to treat me before she "Heard" my 60 year old input...Even so I followed her suggestions faithfully though I had one condition for one year, and the other for 40 years...I tried several times to explain to no avail.
Neither condition improved.
I don't like " know it alls" If you are going to make an authoritative decision, base it on listening and hearing...Sigend, pissed off, still infected, and in pain, looking for a decent doctor who listens AND is capable

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I would NOT recommend going to Dr White. I needed bunion and hammertoe surgery. She said before the surgery what she was going to do with the bunion because the bones were so wide. After surger it was my hammertoe which was worse than before. After 2 sessions of "toe" therapy it still didn't lie down or have the movement it should My foot looks really bad, is numb and now I walk with only 4 toes rather than 5. She never took ownership that she hadn't done a good job. If this is what was going to happen, she should have told me prior to the surgery.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Dr. White not patient with the elderly. Very knowlegable and good with me and rest of family. Needs patience with elderly. Talks down to them and abrupt.
