Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
