Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

They cancel on me all the time.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

It has been a few years since I've seen Dr. Vanderbie. I went to see him today. He has always been very clear in explaining my options, risks and likely outcomes of the applicable procedures. The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and I am very happy with the outcome. If you need the services of a podiatrist, I would have no problem recommending him!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Dr. Vanderbie is hands down the worst doctor I've been to in my 30 years on this earth. I saw him twice during the summer of 2013. Both times he was in an extreme hurry to rush me out of the office. He presented himself arrogantly and with an inability to listen to his patients. I've been had an experience like this one.

In addition to his poor attitude and unprofessionalism, Dr. Vanderbie speculated at me having foot cancer after looking at my foot for about 30 seconds. He then tried to push me into having a biopsy even thought I explained I didn't have insurance. When I took some time to consider this option, I thought he was going to explode with impatience.

Dr. Vanderbie also sells foot pads for CASH ONLY, which is an extremely shady practice in the medical field.

I will never visit this office again and am in the process of filing a complaint with the better BBB, State of Michigan medical board, and AMA.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

A little, but it was bearable

The doctor was very skillful and knowledgeable in his specialty. He did a thorough job when it came to my treatment.
Unfortunately, he was unwilling to fulfill the insurance requirement regarding a phone authorization for medication he prescribed for me. He wanted to be paid to make the call and suggested I pay for the prescription myself. I have never encountered this at a medical practice before and was thankful this was only a treatment for foot fungus and not a heart condition.
