Dr. Naulty makes my old tired feet feel and look wonderful. Anyone struggling with thick and hard to trim nails will be pleasantly surprised at what a difference professional care makes in comfort and appearance.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I made an appointment with this office and waited three weeks to get in. On the morning of my appointment, they were kind enough to leave me a message that the doctor was sick and I would need to reschedule. When I called back in, I was told that there was nothing available for a month and a half.

I understand that these things happen and schedules must be rearranged. I just wish they would have tried to work me in rather than sending me to the "end of the line" when they cancelled the appointment. I have decided to go with another podiatrist who can see me a little quicker.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
